Service Contract: With a Service Contract, we can tailor our service to meet your particular requirements. You can for example pay a fixed all inclusive price for 12 months or pay for our service as you use it. With a Service Contract you have access to our help desk, remote support, ongoing monitoring of your equipment and data back up and also on site visits from our fully qualified engineers.
Call Out Service: Many businesses use our Call Out Service where one of our Engineers goes out onsite to resolve a particular technical problem or install new equipment or software. Our Call out rates are very competitive.
Service Centre: For an economical and quick solution you can drop your equipment into either of our Service Centres in Mallow or Charleville where your equipment will be work on by fully qualified engineers. We have fixed prices for all our work with most repairs costing €99 or less.
